If you’ve discovered your partner is a sex addict and you are feeling isolated and alone and don’t know where to turn, group sessions with others who are going through and have overcome the same challenges you’re facing can help tremendously.
I lead two groups each week designed specifically to help partners of sex addicts learn to cope with the overwhelming confusion, anger, anxiety and shame from discovering their partners are sex addicts, regain their equilibrium, feel better, and learn how to create healthier relationships and move forward with self-confidence.
These are small, intimate sessions, with no more than 5-10 people in any given group.
It is important to note, these are not group therapy sessions!
These groups involve deep listening as one or more participants give brief descriptions of the pain, anger, fear, and uncertainty they feel as well as their attempts to deal with these discomforts. Then, using the Three Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness, we’ll explore how all of these emotions have the same origin, come to understand the “inside-out” nature of thought, and realize that our own thinking keeps recreating those memories, causing us unnecessary, endless loops of pain long after the discovery of our partners’ sex addiction and betrayals.
With this understanding, we can begin to experience the calm and peace necessary to hear our inner wisdom and allow our innate health to help us grieve and heal.
Groups meet twice per week and run for one hour each. You’re welcome to attend as many, or as few, groups as you find helpful. The cost is $50.00 per group.
All groups are held face-to-face over the Internet using GoToMeeting.com’s software, which is free for you to download at the time of our meeting.
When you’re ready to connect with the resiliency and innate mental and spiritual health with which you were born, regain your equilibrium, feel better, and learn how to create healthier relationships and move forward with self-confidence, join one of our groups by clicking the button below!
